MORNE TRIOIS PITON: Level: Advanced Hike Avg. Duration 7-8hrs
This is a very demanding hike/climb up Dominica’s second highest peak in the Morne Trois Pitons World Heritage Site. The trail starts just east of Pont Casse, the center of the island. Experience nature in all her glory, virgin rainforest, woodlands, breathtaking vies, endemic flora and fauna. Includes sandwiches, fruits, fruit juice and water. |
Mountain Diablotin: Level: Advanced Hike Avg. Duration 7-8hrs
4747ft can commence at Picard or Blenheim Estate – cultivations, forests, cackling (a thick vine that creeps), wild pigs can be seen at the very top a few tame rats unused to humans. The top of Diablotin if often covered in cloud so visibility (the entire island) occurs for short periods, when the clouds lift, but worth the wait. |
MORNE ANGLAISE: Level: Advanced Hike Avg. Duration: 7hrs
This is a demanding climb up Dominica’s third highest peak. Beginning your hike in the village of Giraudel, you will be guided through estates with secondary forest and tropical woodlands to the peak with its spectacular views. Includes sandwiches and fruit juice. |
